You thrive on helping your team enable their clients to have visibility, transparency and accountability to their media and marketing data. You will act as an influential adviser on projects for many of the world’s largest advertisers. You actively seek to find problems in order to solve them before others notice them.

You can manage your time effectively, prioritise and solve problems.  You have excellent verbal and written skills and have the ability to juggle many balls simultaneously. You rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

What you’ll be doing…

  • Represent the whole spectrum of the business’ products and services, identifying current and future client needs and platform enhancements.  Being the eyes and ears of the business in terms of client needs and platform usage

  • Manage and lead the Account Management team to build and expand relationships with existing clients

  • Be the key liaison between the Account Management team and the Development team.  Influencing product development priorities and scope

  • Work with Business Development team to secure pilots with potential clients, and lead the team to convert the pilots into long term relationships

  • Oversee major client accounts, providing support to others where necessary

  • Develop strategy for the retention and growth of the existing client base while ensuring that the account management team delivers a cost-efficient, quality service

  • Manage the performance and coaching of team members

  • Lead training strategy for clients and partners

  • Lead media training of the Account Management and Operations teams.  Keeping up to date on trends and marketing developments.  Ensuring all teams understand the media planning and buying landscape

  • Join the Senior Leadership Team and lead charge for excellence in client servicing internally

  • Master the internal tools to ensure the timely and successful delivery to clients

  • Negotiate contracts for additional services and renewals/extensions

  • Collaborate with business and product cross functional teams for requirements and training on future strategic products and ongoing improvement to current products

  • Promote the expansion of business with existing clients

  • Lead recruitment of the Account Management team

You’ll need to…

  • Have in-depth knowledge and understanding of client relationship management

  • Have an analytical mindset and be able to identify and respond to opportunities for growth in account performance

  • Be able to forecast future service needs and plan resources, processes, systems and structures required to meet them

  • Have solid media agency (with international) experience and/or media audit background

  • Have proven work experience as an Account Director / Client Services Lead supporting international client requirements

  • Have experience managing a team

  • Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisations

  • Be numerate, with the ability to analyse problems constructively

  • Have solid experience with MS Office (Particularly Excel ie. Pivot tables, V Look-ups)

  • Be university qualified with additional 10+ years’ industry experience

  • Have a passionate thirst for knowledge and belief that technology can make businesses run smarter

  • Have an interest in media and application for different priorities of international partners

  • Can plan and strategize at a senior level

  • Have a persuasive and confident approach to projects

  • Have excellent written and oral communication skills, including great attention to detail

  • Have effective team management capabilities

  • Be a team player with the ability to work autonomously

  • Be eligible to live and work in the UK

  • Be available for occasional travel to both client and new business meetings in the UK and abroad.  As well as occasional travel to our offices in Turkey and China for training and operations review

  • Think clearly under pressure and be willing to learn and grow with us

  • Be fluent in English preferably with a second European language.
