Founded in 2010, our sole objective is to empower international advertisers (like HSBC, Danone, Reckitt Benckiser, Rimmel London, Marc Jacobs fragrance, Cadbury, MasterCard, the manufacturers of Oreo, Finish, Dettol, Birds Eye ... to name but a few) and provide complete visibility and transparency to their advertising data.

Who we are…

  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your clients with regards to the day-to-day running of accounts
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts
  • Data analysis (you LOVE excel)
  • Mastering the internal tools
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery to clients
  • Promoting the expansion of business with existing clients
  • Managing a small team


Who you are... 

You are comfortable being in an advisory role, and acting with influence comes naturally to you. You have worked with the world’s largest advertisers and actively seek to identify opportunities and challenges in order to solve them before others notice them. You enjoy helping your clients have visibility, transparency and accountability in their media activity and love working in a business that adds genuine value to your clients. You are excited when you are able to work as a true partner. You enjoy building strong and long lasting client relationships, and love helping your clients understand and make intelligent decisions about media. You understand that creating a good product and good technology is hard, no matter how good you are - but you also know that it’s worthwhile and satisfying and when supported by an exceptional team, it can be a truly rewarding job. Although you relish working within a team, you enjoy working independently and with autonomy. You have excellent verbal and written skills and feel relaxed juggling many balls simultaneously.


What you’ll be doing…

  • Understand your clients’ business challenges
  • Developing a trusted advisor relationship with your clients
  • Operating as the day to day account lead and key point of contact
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with senior advertisers
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery
  • Manage and develop a team of smart people
  • Mastering our internal software and processes
  • Promoting growth of business with existing clients


You’ll need to…

  • 5+ years’ industry experience
  • Have a solid media agency with multi media planning or investment experience and / or media audit background
  • Have proven work experience as a Senior Account Manager / Account Director supporting international and / or domestic client requirements
  • Have a passionate thirst for knowledge and belief that technology can make businesses run smarter
  • Demonstrate you can plan and strategize at a senior level
  • Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of our clients’ organisations
  • Have a persuasive and confident approach to projects
  • Be a strong team player with the ability to work autonomously
  • Have effective team management capabilities
  • Have excellent written and oral communication skills, including great attention to detail
  • Think clearly under pressure and be willing to learn and grow with us
  • Be numerate, with the ability to analyse problems constructively
  • Have solid experience with MS Office (Particularly Excel ie. Pivot tables, V Look-ups)
  • Be fluent in English preferably with a second European language
  • Be eligible to live and work in the UK
