We are seeking a smart, ambitious, and experienced executive assistant with a strong sense of curiosity, to support our founder and CEO. You will be working with the best in the business, and the largest global advertisers.

About you

You enjoy working as part of a fast-paced, exciting business that is growing quickly. In this dual role you will ensure the smooth functioning of business/office management services and provide executive level assistance to the senior management team, specifically the founder and CEO.

As an office manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily administrative tasks and maintaining an efficient workplace. Simultaneously, as an executive assistant, you will provide direct support to high-level executives by managing calendars, scheduling meetings and handling communications on their behalf.

You will act as a gatekeeper, prioritising tasks and ensuring that the executive’s times is utilised efficiently and effectively. The role requires exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multitask. You like working independently but are happy to support the wider company. “One team” is our company motto. Responsibilities

  • Run the office efficiently to include being the key point with office service providers
  • Coordination of senior management meetings, including taking minutes, location and facilitation, meeting correspondence etc
  • Support of founder and CEO including diary management, expense submission, travel arrangements, etc
  • Support of other members of the senior management team
  • Facilitation of company-wide meetings
  • You like thinking about new / better ways of doing things as you ensure timely and successful delivery of your tasks
  • Your attention to detail will ensure accuracy across your areas of responsibility

Experience

  • Have significant experience (5+ years) in similar roles, ideally in the media, AdTech, MarTech industries
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Have proven administration and organisational skills
  • Have the ability to manage complex scheduling
  • Be adept at working with key stakeholders at all levels
  • Want to learn and grow with us – great at listening and taking learnings into practice.
  • Be laser focused on attention to detail
  • Be numerate, with the ability to analyse problems constructively
  • Think clearly under pressure – the information you provide helps formulate meaningful decisions and it’s important to be calm, focused and helpful
  • Be a real team player
  • Be eligible to live and work in the UK
