About you
You enjoy working as part of a fast-paced, exciting business that is growing quickly. In this dual role you will ensure the smooth functioning of business/office management services and provide executive level assistance to the senior management team, specifically the founder and CEO.
As an office manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily administrative tasks and maintaining an efficient workplace. Simultaneously, as an executive assistant, you will provide direct support to high-level executives by managing calendars, scheduling meetings and handling communications on their behalf.
You will act as a gatekeeper, prioritising tasks and ensuring that the executive’s times is utilised efficiently and effectively. The role requires exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multitask. You like working independently but are happy to support the wider company. “One team” is our company motto. You prioritise well and manage your time effectively, knowing when to raise your hand for support. You enjoy problem solving, both individually and together with your team.
