We have had a phenomenal growth period and are seeking to find a fractional marketing director for 2-3 days per week to execute on a B2B marketing strategy aimed initially at the top 200 brands worldwide. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of advertising or marketing technology experience and bring a strong network of relationships in the industry. This position will be a critical member of the management team reporting directly to the CEO. We are a scale-up company not a start-up company – but we have a start-up mentality. Who you are…

As marketing director, you will be responsible for owning all aspects of the company’s marketing strategy/initiatives, initially as an individual contributor but room to grow and manage a team as we grow.

You enjoy building strong relationships, and love helping potential and existing clients understand what we offer. You have excellent presentation skills and know the importance of attention to detail. You love working with autonomy, whilst being supported by a truly exceptional team. You feel relaxed juggling balls simultaneously.

 

What you’ll be doing…

  • Own the brand ID, web presence and collateral development
  • Development of regular thought capital pieces
  • Develop & execute a client advocacy programme
  • Drive sales enablement initiatives by assisting in RFP responses and presentations
  • Management of the external PR firm, Ginger May
  • Execution of major industry events including Cannes Lions, WFA, ANA and Festival of Media
  • Manage the company’s social presence across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and blog

 

You’ll need to…

  • Have relevant industry experience marketing software solutions into the world’s largest advertisers
  • Have 8-10 years' experience in marketing advertising or media technology directly to brands
  • Have proven experience working within a small, entrepreneurial company environment
  • Be fluent in MS Office and SDR tools
  • Show demonstrated ability in all aspects of marketing leadership
  • Demonstrate your ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of our clients’ organisations
  • Demonstrate you can plan and strategize at a senior level
  • Have excellent written and oral communication skills, including the most advanced attention to detail
  • Have a persuasive and confident approach to projects
  • Be eligible to live and work in the UK
