We are a scale-up company not a start-up company – but we have a start-up mentality. Everyone who works with us has the opportunity to be more / fly high.

Who we are…

Redmill Solutions is a fast growing, media technology company.  Founded in 2010 we empower the largest global advertisers (like Nestle, Cadbury, Bird’s Eye, Danone, PepsiCo, Wella and Reckitt) by providing visibility and transparency to their advertising and media data.  We build solid, long-lasting and trusted relationships with our clients.

We are a genuinely nice bunch of people, with a friendly and supportive work culture and a great office location in Farringdon, London.  We work hard and play hard, but know our people need a work / life balance, so we organise our ways of working to make sure that happens, including core working hours and hybrid working.

We hold our people up – through a supportive, learning-based environment so our people can grow in ways that excite them, allowing them to be the best they can be.
